Article 1: Behaviour

Your contributions (content of your messages on the forum, private messages, texts, links, photos, etc…) must comply with U.S. laws (and probably China), and of course, the basic rules of respect and politeness.

Are strictly prohibited: racism, pedophilia, zoophilia, necrophilia, insults, provocations, etc...

Farewell Messages automatically leads to banning of the author and suppression of the message, except in major cases (no more internet, relocation, health reasons, pause, holiday ...) explanations are mandatory!

Article 2: Specific forums regulations

Some forums have their own rules that must be read and respected in addition to the general regulations.
They are displayed in the form of an advertisement in the so-called forums.

Article 3: Advertising

In order that trends and new ideas continue to invite in our community (while maintaining compliance and quality of trade), advertising is tolerated on the EVA ~ ~ TEAM forum
except:
-- Direct Selling;
-- Pyramid organizations, multilevel;
-- Illegal (EXTREME), porn (PAY site), dating sites, sites or method to make money or enlarge penises and promoting sites;
-- Flood (to post the same advertising several times) ;
-- PM (private message) advertising ;
-- Pay links ;
-- Other forms of deliberate abuse, such as abusive incursion in several discussions.

Advertisements in contravention of this regulation will be DELETED by moderators and their authors banned.

Article 4: Moderation

Moderators are volunteer members who chose to invest in different ways in the life of the site.
They have several roles:
-- Animate the forums;
-- Actively participate in improvement projects and news of the EVA ~ ~ TEAM;
-- Guide members on the forums, when other users don’t know how;
-- Maintenance (renaming, move topics,...);
-- Prevent abuse by banning users if necessary;

The moderators will cooperate in the forum TEAM

If you notice abusive messages, you can inform the section moderator by using the MP button (Private Message).

Generally speaking, the moderators will not respond to requests by private messages, except in cases of anonymity (for example, if you are harassed by PM, you do not have the right to publish the so-called PM’s on the forums). As long as possible, send your request to the public in the “Aide” (Help) or “Divers” (Various) forums.
Close to answer a question, both do so once and for all.

If you want to learn about modalities to postulate for the moderation of the EVA ~ ~ TEAM,
create or answer a discussion thread on your behalf in the presentation section.

Article 5: Sanctions

Our Politics is very simple.
EVA ~ ~ TEAM is a community intended to reasonable people, volunteers, accountable, respectful of each other and to the EVA ~ ~ TEAM
We tried to draft a regulation as clear and natural as possible.
Exited this context, EVA ~ ~ TEAM is not a kindergarten or primary school.
There are neither good nor warning points nor scolding. Any violation of the rules leads to ban without notice or exception.
The ban disables the profile of the user concerned, and deprives him of posting on the forum of the EVA ~ ~ TEAM

Such decisions are always preceded by a dialogue between moderators, to ensure maximum impartiality.
However, banned members who wish may, within 15 days, send a reasoned request by email to our mediator: vincent_remo AT hotmail.com
Only deemed responsible and motivated requests will be taken into account.
In case of agreement, the banned member will receive a mail reply, and will be reinstated on the forum.
This clause can only apply once for a member.

Article 6: Collected data.

The EVA ~ ~ TEAM refuses to sell or give your email address to third parties.
When you register to EVA ~ ~ TEAM, your email addresses are collected, each of your contributions and your IP address.
IP addresses serves to allow moderators to detect re-inscriptions of banned users, or to detect multiple accounts using members to prevent damage to the forums. Your IP address will also be registered by our host, for legal reasons.

Your collected data may also be used for legal purposes if necessary!

Once posted, messages can usually be edited by their authors.
The titles of your topics are amenable to be renamed by moderators to improve their relevance.

Article 7: evolution of regulation and unsubscribe.

The EVA ~ ~ TEAM being a place living, evolving, the settlement is likely to be supplemented or amended at any time. Any change will be reported in the forum by an announcement in the news section. If you don't unsubscribe, you do agree to these changes.
If you wish to unsubscribe, you always can make necessary changes in your profile to prevent receiving notification from the EVA ~ ~ TEAM
The profiles can not be deleted, as well as messages.
